The city council of the capital, like many other communities, has decided to put an end to the proliferation of tourist apartments in Madrid Center<\/strong> (VUT).<\/p>\n

And it is that from the month of March and by mandate of the administration of the previous city council, an essential requirement exists: They must count on a differentiated access<\/strong> of the rest of the neighbors.<\/p>\n

What has this meant?<\/em><\/strong> The closure of up to 95% of apartments for tourist use. That is to say, more than 10.000,+ dwellings according to municipal calculations.<\/p>\n
